3. AI and Data Processing

Search queries submitted to our AI concierge are processed to provide recommendations. Queries may be anonymized and displayed in aggregate (e.g., our live query feed) but are never associated with personally identifiable information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Profile information is displayed publicly on the directory. Anonymized, aggregate data may be shared with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to improve expert recommendations.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

Profile data is retained as long as your account is active. Search queries are anonymized after 30 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
