By accessing or using HireExperts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HireExperts is an AI-powered directory connecting businesses with agencies and consultants. We provide profile listings, AI-powered matching, and related tools. We do not directly provide consulting or agency services.

3. User Accounts

Agencies may claim profiles by verifying ownership through business email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Featured and Premium tiers are billed annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment. Downgrading reverts your profile to the free tier.

5. Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant HireExperts a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and use it in connection with the Service. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or infringing content.

6. Limitation of Liability

HireExperts is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI recommendations.
